Our services and commissions - transparent and fair

Unlike many other estate agents in the region, we attach great importance to transparency and fair estate agent commissions. Our clients know exactly what costs they will incur from the outset, so there are no unpleasant surprises. 1. property letting

Our service:

  • Advice and market analysis: We analyse the rental market in the city of Plauen and determine the optimum rental price for your flat or commercial unit

  • Marketing your property: Professional presentation of your property with high-quality exposés, modern 360-degree images and targeted online advertising.

  • Tenant screening and selection: Thorough credit check, including the option of a direct Schufa check, and careful selection of suitable tenants.

  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement: We prepare a legally compliant tenancy agreement for you that is precisely tailored to your specifications. We always use the latest, tried-and-tested contract templates from Haus & Grund Verlags GmbH to ensure the highest legal standards.

  • Handover and acceptance: Support during the handover of the property and preparation of a handover report.

Our commission for successful brokerage:

For the successful brokerage of a property, we charge a commission of 2 net cold rents plus 19% VAT (equivalent to 2.38 net cold rents incl. VAT), which is due after the conclusion of a tenancy agreement and invoicing. Please note that the costs for drawing up the tenancy agreement and accompanying the tenant during the handover will be charged separately and are not included in the agency commission.

Our service:

  • Preparation of the purchase contract: Assistance with the preparation of the notarised purchase contract and support until notarisation.

  • After-sales service: Even after the handover, we are at your side for questions and other concerns.

Our commission on successful property sales:

Our commission is based on the purchase price achieved and is usually staggered as follows:

  • Purchase price up to €70,000: 6.00 % incl. VAT (corresponds to 5.04 % plus 19 % VAT)

  • Purchase price from € 70,001 to € 200,000: 4.76 % incl. VAT (corresponds to 4.00 % plus 19 % VAT)

  • Purchase price from € 200,001 to € 400,000: 3.57 % incl. VAT (corresponds to 3.00 % plus 19 % VAT)

  • Purchase price from € 400,001 to € 600,000: 3.21 % incl. VAT (corresponds to 2.7 % plus 19 % VAT)

  • Purchase price over € 600,000: 2.98 % incl. VAT (corresponds to 2.5 % plus 19 % VAT)

These rates apply as a rule, but can be adjusted individually if necessary to meet special requirements or circumstances. The commission is due upon notarisation of the purchase contract and is based on the actual purchase price.
