First occupancy begins - house completed

The new construction project at Burgstrasse 37-39 in Plauen has been successfully completed. The first residents moved into their new flats in the first two calendar weeks of 2024. The modern apartment block, which was built to the KfW 55 standard, offers energy-efficient living in a central location. The flats are characterised by high-quality furnishings and well thought-out floor plans that are ideal for both families and individuals. Further move-ins will follow in the coming weeks.

The project is another milestone in Plauen's urban development and shows how modern and sustainable living is being realised in the region.
