August 2021 saw the start of one of the highest-quality new-build projects in our portfolio.
The privately financed new build, which is being constructed exclusively for residential letting, will be an energy-efficient new residential building to KfW 55 standard and will comprise 29 residential units and 44 associated parking spaces once construction is completed at the end of 2023.
Only 3 and 4-room flats with a living space of 87 m² - max. 170 m² will be built in the property. In addition to spacious south-facing balconies and roof terraces, the upscale standard of the flats includes two passenger lifts in the property with associated accessibility, underfloor heating throughout the flats and modern bathrooms including bathtubs and shower combinations.
Electromobility is also taken into account in the car parking spaces.
