We have been the property manager of the "Nicolaipassage" in Auerbach since 1 July 2021.
The residential and commercial building, built in the 1990s, contains 42 residential units and 22 commercial units with a total lettable area of approx. 6,000m², plus approx. 85 underground parking spaces. The new challenge of working as a property manager outside Plauen is only justifiable for us due to the size of the property. We also see the redesign/conversion of the former arcade character and the associated new orientation of the property with stationary retail, more towards a medical and outpatient care centre for Auerbach, as a further incentive.
